Sales Department
Responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the company’s commercial strategy. Key areas of activity include handling public procurement, cooperating with our broker network, direct sales, and full-service support for RES energy producers. The team combines market expertise with a personalized approach to clients, offering effective and flexible solutions tailored to the rapidly evolving energy market.
Trading Department
The Trading Department is responsible for managing and securing the company’s commodity positions on the electricity and natural gas markets. The team is made up of risk management specialists who use advanced analytical and mathematical models to make informed buying and selling decisions on the wholesale market.
It’s a dynamic environment for individuals passionate about commodity and financial markets, data analysis, programming, and the geopolitical factors that influence energy prices.
Finance & Administration Department
The Finance & Administration Department ensures the smooth financial and organizational functioning of the company. Its responsibilities include managing cash flow, liaising with banks and financial institutions, handling relations with tax authorities, maintaining accounting records, preparing financial reports, managing HR processes, organizing office operations, and providing administrative and legal support.
The department brings together expertise across finance, HR, administration, and legal advisory to support the company’s growth and stability.
Analytics Department
The Analytics Department specializes in balancing the Company’s customer portfolio, including both energy consumers and producers. The team is also responsible for trading on the spot market, executing forecasts of energy consumption and generation using advanced computational tools and optimization methods.
This department provides critical insights and analyses that support both operational and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Operations Department
The Operations Department is responsible for the end-to-end management of processes related to the execution of electricity and gas sales contracts — from document intake to the completion of the delivery period.
Key responsibilities include handling the Supplier Switching process, customer billing and continuous operational support. The team ensures full regulatory compliance and timely execution across the entire contract lifecycle

Meet Our Team
I joined the Hekla Energy team in August 2024. On a daily basis, I coordinate the CSIRE project and monitor the Protez process in collaboration with the Analysis Department. I create reports to support other teams, input data from contracts and annexes, and actively contribute to improving processes within the CRM system. Working at Hekla Energy gives me a real impact on the company’s growth and the opportunity to implement innovative solutions.

Supplier Switching & Back Office Specialist
I began my career at Hekla Energy in April 2023 as an Office Assistant. Thanks to my dedication and the support of the team, I had the opportunity to grow into various roles — from Supplier Change and Sales Support Specialist, through public procurement, to my current position as Sales Division Analysis Specialist. Changing my career path has allowed me to find satisfaction in analytical work and the dynamic environment of the energy sector.

Sales Analyst
I joined the Hekla Energy team in January 2025. I am responsible for preparing and verifying settlements with energy producers, timely invoicing, and reporting to industry institutions. My work supports the company’s key financial processes while contributing to the development of the renewable energy sector. I am a graduate in Management at the Kozminski University, with a strong interest in ESG topics and corporate responsibility.
Daria Kapelusz
Settlements Specialist
I joined Hekla Energy in January 2024 as a trader. I specialize in market analysis and executing transactions on the Power Exchange, where I obtained my broker license in the same year. I am a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań. My previous experience in international financial institutions enables me to effectively combine financial expertise with daily work in the energy market — all in service of the green transformation.
Adam Olszewski
Trader
I have been with Hekla Energy since December 2024. I specialize in managing tender procedures from the contractor’s side, supporting the team in the area of public procurement. I am currently studying law at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, which helps me navigate the complexities of legal regulations and the Public Procurement Law. Working at the company allows me to develop my skills in the energy sector and continuously deepen my legal knowledge.
Karol Tetkowski
Public Tender & Sales Support Coordinator
I joined Hekla Energy in October 2024 as a Junior Accountant. I handle the company’s financial and accounting operations, drawing on experience gained across various industries. I am a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), specializing in finance, accounting, and taxation. Working at Hekla Energy provides me not only with opportunities to grow professionally in finance but also to deepen my understanding of the energy sector and contribute to the transition toward sustainable development.
